What is a Mythos Group?

A Mythos group is a 8 week experience to work on you, and your story. It is an intensive small group experience designed to help you gain clarity on what’s keeping you stuck and experience renewed freedom and connectedness.

You will be given the opportunity to have you life and impactful events in it engaged with the loving care of a facilitator and other individuals in the group. Mythos Groups lean into the belief that we are wounded in community and we are healed in community. Over 10 weeks you will be guided in how to understand your life and how to show curiosity, kindness, and courage in other people’s lives as well.

What is the focus of a Mythos Group?

Mythos Groups help you understand yourself as well as your relationship with God and others by looking at the story that is your life. Through the group you will discover the underlying negative assumptions, beliefs, and wounds that are choking out the Goodness, freedom, and life you were made to experience.
